Imren Halil

Imren is a passionate vocalist, songwriter, choral director and music teacher at a Barnet school. She has been singing since childhood and has performed in bands as well as recording her own music as a solo singer. Imren loves inspiring others to find joy in music. Her energy and enthusiasm is infectious.

As the Music Lead at a primary school, she inspires young learners to develop a love for music. Alongside her teaching, she leads a spiritual sound healing group for adults, using singing bowls and meditation to promote relaxation and well-being. A proud mum to a two-year-old, Imren is excited to share her passion and experience with adults who love to sing and can’t wait to develop and grow while leading the community of ‘R’ Voices in Barnet through song and harmony.
